In conversation with Singapore’s Resilience Collective (film)
We chat to Justin Loo of Resilience Collective, a mental health charity in Singapore, powered by peers, for peers.
Justin, Head of Programmes, speaks to our Operations Manager Holly about their Circles of Resilience peer support groups which use the CHIME (Connectedness, Hope and Optimism, Identity, Meaning and Empowerment) framework to guide session topics. Justin also talks about their 4Rs approach (Ready, Receive, Relying and Rally) to how the peer support group is facilitated.

Our Let’s talk about recovery animation introduces the CHIME framework*. Our work across Scotland has highlighted that using CHIME is a useful way to encourage conversations about wellbeing. It also empowers people to take local action to improve mental health support. Using the CHIME conversation cards or other Let’s talk about recovery resources with the animation is a great way to get people talking! If you live in Scotland you can also order hard copy versions of the CHIME conversation cards.
