Module one

Introducing peer support

This module has four sessions and is designed as the foundation stone for the Peer2Peer course. It introduces the concept of a safe and confidential learning environment, as well as exploring the roles of the principles of peer support.

Each session has its own participant workbook which you can download below. As well as being used during sessions, we recommend you review the workbook for the session ahead of attending and complete any of the pre-work, as advised by your facilitator. This gives you time to reflect and prepare, so you are ready to contribute to the discussion-based activities.
